re555 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of re555. By creating an account or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by all provisions below.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and re555 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the re555 website at re555.app, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
re555 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
2Eligibility
To register and use re555, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. re555 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and does not permit access to any person below the age of 21, regardless of any local legal minimum that may be lower.
- You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity acting on behalf of a third party.
- You must register using accurate and complete personal information, including your real name and the mobile number to which you have lawful access.
- You must not already hold an existing re555 account. Only one account per individual is permitted. Multiple accounts held by the same person will all be permanently closed.
re555 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any point and to suspend or close any account that fails to satisfy eligibility requirements or provides false information during registration. Winnings generated by ineligible accounts may be forfeited.
3Account Registration and Security
Each player may hold only one account on re555. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account and must take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials. re555 will never ask you for your password.
- You must notify re555 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. re555 accepts no liability for losses arising from failure to maintain adequate account security.
- re555 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing a withdrawal or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID and proof of mobile wallet ownership.
- Accounts showing signs of fraudulent activity, collusion, or bonus abuse will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed with any associated balances forfeited.
- re555 reserves the right to close dormant accounts (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months). Players will be notified before any dormant account action is taken.
Account balances belong to the registered account holder only. re555 will not release funds to a third party under any circumstances.
4Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions on re555 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). re555 does not apply currency conversion fees. The following conditions govern all financial transactions on the Platform:
- The minimum single deposit is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated to players via the account dashboard or support team.
- Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment methods available to you may depend on your account verification status and jurisdiction.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit to the same account. Funds cannot be withdrawn to a third-party account or payment method that has not been verified under your name.
- re555 processes withdrawal requests promptly. Most bKash and Nagad withdrawals are completed within minutes of approval. Processing times may be longer if additional verification is required.
re555 does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts or credit facilities not belonging to the registered account holder. Any such deposits identified may be returned and the account reviewed. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider.
5Bonuses and Promotions
re555 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:
- Bonuses are only available to players who have completed registration with accurate personal information. Bonuses cannot be claimed by players who create accounts specifically to exploit bonus offers.
- Each bonus offer is subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) as specified in the individual promotion details. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
- re555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a promotion at the time of modification will be notified of any material changes.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through different accounts will be treated as bonus abuse and the accounts will be closed.
re555 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts, using VPN services to circumvent geo-restrictions, hedging bets across accounts, and any systematic betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk. Where bonus abuse is identified, all bonus balances and winnings attributable to the abuse will be forfeited.
6Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
By using re555, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful and fair manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances:
- Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not consistent with genuine human play, including bet automation, scraping, or odds manipulation.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information to gain an unfair advantage, or engage in chip dumping or money passing arrangements.
- Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings generated through a known error must be reported to re555 support immediately; failure to do so constitutes fraud.
- Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity. re555 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and will report suspicious financial activity where legally required.
- Attempting to access or interfere with another player's account, the Platform's underlying code, servers, or database by any means including hacking, phishing, or social engineering.
re555 cooperates with all relevant authorities in investigations relating to prohibited conduct. Players engaging in prohibited conduct will be permanently banned from the Platform and may be referred to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
7Responsible Gaming
re555 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is intended solely as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. re555 provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time-out options, and self-exclusion facilities. Players who wish to set a deposit limit, take a temporary break, or self-exclude permanently may do so by contacting the re555 support team. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of re555. Unauthorised use of re555 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, re555 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied. Without limiting the foregoing, re555 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. re555's liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform will not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to liability. re555 shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, including where such interruption is caused by circumstances beyond re555's reasonable control (including but not limited to telecommunications failure, government action, or natural disaster).
- Any loss arising from your reliance on information or content provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game results, where such information is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only and does not constitute professional financial, legal, or gambling advice.
10Amendments and Governing Law
re555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you object to any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the Platform.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international online gaming law as applicable to cross-border digital services. re555 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction.
